noon Food operates as a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, focusing on providing fair commissions alongside a sustainable program and operational flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. Our goal is to transform the delivery landscape, ensuring that retailers have the tools they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize the product funnel on the noon Food consumer app, aiming to increase conversion to transactions.
- Create and execute strategies for the noon Food consumer app, translating them into a structured product roadmap.
- Delve into consumer behavior to understand their challenges and devise solutions to enhance user experience.
- Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and leverage insights from testing to refine features for sustainability.
- Serve as the liaison between the noon Food business team and tech, converting business needs into detailed product requirements.
- Craft clear user stories and product specifications for collaboration among business, design, and tech teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including growth, sales, engineering, design, and data teams to drive product initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within a food delivery platform.
- Strong drive for learning and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while multitasking across various requirements.
- Passion for tackling challenging situations.
- Experience with large-scale consumer applications, with a preference for knowledge in React Native.
- Proficiency in SQL / Big Query or other programming languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
