About the Role
The Product Manager – RIS/B2B is the primary technical and operational expert for the company Information Solutions (RIS) portfolio, specifically focusing on B2B digital products, Lab Insights, and Healthcare Insights across the region. Working in close collaboration with Global Product Hubs, this role drives software lifecycle management and phase-in/phase-out (PiPo) implementation for digital platforms. Additionally, this role is critical for commercial success, delivering detailed technical tender support for IT-heavy procurement, equipping local sales teams with specialized software training, and managing the local coordination of centralized marketing notifications and material introductions along with customer presentations and interactions.
This role ensures immense commercial and operational impact by bridging the gap between highly complex global digital/software solutions and local field execution. Responsibilities include securing technical wins in competitive hospital IT and laboratory informatics tenders and ensuring compliance with customer marketing notifications and system updates, thereby protecting and growing market share within the rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape.
