About the Role
The Junior Product Manager will join the Marketing Team in Saudi Arabia, supporting the growth and market position of the Blood Gas and Immunoassay portfolios. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager, you will support marketing activities, product launches, and local go-to-market plans. This role is designed for those at the outset of their product management careers who are looking to gain hands-on experience in point-of-care testing (POCT), product marketing, channel partner collaboration, and clinical and commercial engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Product and Portfolio Support
- Support portfolio management activities for Saudi Arabia, including product launches, discontinuations, and other product lifecycle activities.
- Help develop and execute local marketing plans for the Blood Gas and Immunoassay portfolios under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
- Build a strong understanding of products, tools, and clinical/technical applications to support internal and external enquiries.
- Provide product and market insights to support the sales process and customer engagement.
Market Insights and Commercial Support
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to contribute to competitive insights and portfolio planning.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, revenue, and pricing trends, supporting activities that improve commercial performance.
- Support Sales Managers in reviewing sales pipelines against product, consumable, and service revenue targets.
- Contribute to local Growth Room activities and support daily and visual management practices.
Training and Customer Engagement
- Support product training for internal teams, customers, and channel partners.
- Help introduce training materials and learning tools that enhance product understanding and use.
- Participate in customer and partner activities to build practical knowledge of clinical workflows, market needs, and commercial priorities.
- Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other functions to coordinate activities and achieve agreed priorities.
- Provide support and coverage within the Marketing Team as required.
- Assume additional responsibilities as the role evolves, under the direction of the Senior Product Manager or Marketing Manager.

Education and Experience
- A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent qualification, or relevant healthcare industry experience and training.
- Clinical backgrounds may include nursing in intensive care, operating rooms, or emergency departments, or experience as a medical laboratory technician.
- Exposure to POCT or a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- A qualification in marketing or sales is beneficial.
- Early-career candidates with a relevant academic background, strong potential, and clear interest in product management are encouraged to apply.

Language and IT Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Confident using Microsoft Teams and other online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM and Seismic is an advantage.
Travel and Working Arrangement
- The role entails a combination of office and field activities within Saudi Arabia.
- Approximately 30–40% domestic travel is expected to support customer visits, field activities, and channel partner engagement.
- Office attendance will be required for a minimum number of days each month, as agreed with the Senior Product Manager.
Key Relationships
Internal: Maintain timely and accurate communication with your manager and colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Training, Customer Service, Finance, Bids and Contracts, HR, and IT.
External: Support strong relationships with customers and channel partners under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
