  • Build a strong understanding of the company's products, tools, and clinical and technical applications to support internal and external inquiries.
  • Provide product and market insights to support the sales process and customer engagement.

  • Contribute to local Growth Room activities and support daily and visual management practices.

Training and Customer Engagement

  • Support product training for internal teams, customers, and channel partners.
  • Help introduce training materials and learning tools that improve product understanding and use.
  • Join customer and partner activities to build practical knowledge of clinical workflows, market needs, and commercial priorities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other functions to coordinate activities and deliver agreed priorities.
  • Provide support and coverage within the Marketing Team when required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops and business needs evolve, under the direction of the Senior Product Manager or Marketing Manager.

What You Will Gain

  • Opportunities to collaborate across departments and disciplines.
  • A strong foundation in product marketing, portfolio management, and local strategy execution.
  • Increasing ownership and independence as your skills and experience develop.
  • Opportunities to build your career toward broader product management roles within the company.

Education and Experience

  • A degree in a scientific discipline or an equivalent qualification, or relevant healthcare industry experience and training.
  • Relevant clinical backgrounds may include nursing in intensive care, operating rooms, or emergency departments, or experience as a medical laboratory technician.
  • Exposure to POCT or a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • A qualification in marketing or sales is beneficial.
  • Early-career candidates with a relevant academic background, strong potential, and a clear interest in product management are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • The ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
