As the Product Manager for Store Sync’s partner-facing APIs, you will own the interfaces that LLM partners integrate with for end-to-end shopping experiences. You will engage directly with LLM partners to understand their integration needs, translate these into product requirements and technical specifications, and drive collaboration with engineering teams. This position requires navigating both external partner dynamics and internal technical considerations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Store Sync APIs for LLM partners to facilitate cart building, product catalog resolution, and checkout.
- Gather requirements from LLM partners and merchants to inform the product roadmap.
- Define the product strategy and balance feature development with integration simplicity and platform scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers across checkout, payments, and catalog teams.
- Prioritize competing demands from partners and internal stakeholders to maximize adoption and commercial impact.
- Work in an Agile environment to maintain delivery velocity and success metrics for API adoption and integration health.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–8 years of product management experience, particularly in commerce, payments, or platform environments.
- Strong familiarity with API design and management, including the ability to collaborate with engineers on API specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge external partner needs and internal technical execution.
- Proven ability to synthesize partner feedback and business objectives into clear product strategies.
- Experience with platform or infrastructure products for multiple external partners or integrations is preferred.
- Commerce or payments experience strongly preferred; exposure to AI-native products or LLMs is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving space.
Team & Context:
The Product Manager will work within the Agentic Commerce Platform, focusing on Store Sync—a layer enabling merchants to sell products through LLM interfaces like Meta and Google Gemini. The role is highly technical, requiring strong API literacy and collaboration with engineering teams in an Agile setting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
- Additional skills include API specification design, scalable system design, and Scrum/Agile execution.
