Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in designing authentic people experiences and products by creating a comprehensive ecosystem of human interactions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to enhance execution and improve decision quality.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders and People Partners to identify unmet employee needs and uncover new opportunities.
- Leading the discovery process for your squad, owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation.
- Immersing yourself in understanding employees, including their values, motivations, and obstacles to success.
- Utilizing employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to prioritize problems and solutions based on needs and impact.
- Rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing scalable solutions that cater to diverse roles and contexts.
- Driving cross-functional execution and managing dependency maps to ensure collaborative success.
- Defining success metrics before product launches and providing honest reporting on performance, including necessary pivots.
- Partnering with leaders and People Partners to facilitate adoption plans, communication strategies, and manager enablement initiatives.
Requirements
You should be deeply invested in human potential and the mechanisms that drive collective success. Characteristics we are looking for include:
- At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management with a proven track record of successfully launching products to market or a significant internal user base.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management principles and the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, one that can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and excel in collaborative environments.
- Experience in identifying and crafting solutions based on research, data, and insights.
- A genuine interest in creating world-class employee experiences and an aptitude for breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations.
- Experience in innovation and launching new products or business models to market is a strong plus.
