Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in designing authentic experiences and products for our people, going beyond mere tech platforms to create an ecosystem that supports diverse human experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing a diverse portfolio of touchpoints, including cultural rituals and growth moments to enhance teamwork and empower employees.
- Building trust-based relationships across your squad to enhance execution and improve decision quality.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leading the end-to-end discovery process for your squad, from problem framing to solution validation.
- Gaining a deep understanding of employees—their values, what helps them thrive, and the barriers they face.
- Utilizing employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to prioritize solutions that have the most significant impact.
- Rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing scalable solutions across diverse roles and country contexts.
- Managing cross-functional execution by owning the dependency map.
- Defining success metrics prior to product launches and reporting honestly on product performance post-launch, including when to kill or re-scope underperforming experiences.
- Partnering with leaders and People Partners to develop adoption plans and enable change effectively within the organization.
Who You Are

- You are an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- You have a history of successfully launching products to market or to large internal user bases.
- Your understanding of Agile product management is strong, and you are familiar with the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
- You have proven verbal and written communication skills, effortlessly engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- You excel in collaborative environments and thrive in cross-functional teams.
- You possess experience in identifying and defining solutions based on research, data, and insights.
- A genuine interest in creating world-class employee experiences drives you.
- You have a knack for breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations.
- Experience in innovation and the launch of new products and business models is a significant advantage.
Contract and Travel Details

- Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs and team collaboration.
