Product Manager, Talent Development

About the Job
In this role, you will engage in Design Thinking by running design sprints to discover, ideate, and validate user-centered solutions that address pain points in talent development and meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting quick experiments to validate hypotheses, measure ROI, and ensure that we are scaling the right products to the right audience. You will collaborate with product owners and SMEs across the Talent & Culture Team to build product road maps and experience journeys. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of product solutions using growth hacking techniques to maximize reach among the target audience. Staying informed about new trends in talent development and culture solutions will be vital to success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in any combination of product management, UX, consulting, or innovation.
• Strong technical acumen regarding digital tools and GenAI tools, with experience in building custom solutions on existing tech stacks.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrix organizations.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to measure adoption and impact.
• A strong interest in people development and behavioral science topics.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write clearly, present effectively, and influence leaders.
• Experience in facilitation and training/teaching is a plus.
