Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and analyze customers’ needs to translate them into detailed requirements (Product Requirements Document).
- Propose, develop & maintain Product Roadmap and product strategy.
- Build a productization strategy for LLMs.
- Produce a productization plan, identify and define/describe features and key elements.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate the requirements into technical specifications (Product Specification Document) to ensure quick time-to-market.
- Identify Internal/External stakeholders and assign duties, making prioritization decisions.
- Analyze, review, and maintain the product requirements document and develop appropriate test plans and quality programs to ensure requirements are met.
- Collaborate with R&D to build Proof Of Concept.
- Drive the product- and business-planning processes with R&D director and Lead PMO.
Requirements
- Very strong experience and proven success in product management, with a track record of launching and managing innovative solutions.
- Expertise in directing productizing and prioritizing features throughout the product lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including performing market/customer analysis.
- Ability to build a problem statement analysis and gather feature requirements based on customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills to transform customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in software and tech development and product management.
