About the Job:
The Workplace Service team at ByteDance is focused on developing systems for administration, real estate, physical security, and health, aiming to implement advanced management concepts and create a safe, efficient, and enjoyable work environment for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business and user needs to create high-quality product designs.
• Manage the iteration and full process of B-end products, ensuring successful launches.
• Utilize data analysis for rapid iteration and decision-making.
• Enhance user experience by refining product direction through research and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, graduating in 2025.
  • Strong sense of product responsibility, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team communication skills and abilities in project promotion.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant internship experience in internet product roles is preferred.
