Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision
- Take full ownership of the roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for your product domain.
- Translate company vision and business objectives into clear, measurable product goals and deliverables.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation.

Discovery & User Research
- Develop a deep understanding of target users — their needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify impactful problems and validate product hypotheses.
- Translate validated insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Development & Delivery
- Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
- Lead agile development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Coordinate go-to-market launches with marketing, sales, and support teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the product expert for engineering, making clear trade-off decisions throughout development.
- Keep stakeholders informed on performance, timelines, and priorities.
- Partner with design to ensure user experience aligns with product goals and brand standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role.
- A genuine understanding of technology; you don't need to code, but must be able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them clearly across the organization.
- Smart, hungry, and eager to grow.
- Solid understanding of agile development processes.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Asana, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
