Product Manager

About the Job
Define and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog aligned with product strategy and business goals.
Translate product vision and roadmap into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality features.
Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items based on feedback, analytics, and changing business priorities.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Validate completed work, ensuring it meets definition of done and delivers expected outcomes.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
