Position

This role is for a world-class Product Marketing leader at the company, the largest crypto exchange globally, serving over 319 million users across 100+ countries. The successful candidate will transform complex crypto and fintech products into compelling narratives that drive adoption and build the Product Marketing Management (PMM) function essential for the company's growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape how crypto, finance, and future money are perceived by hundreds of millions of people, working closely with various teams including Product, Growth, Brand, and Communications.

Location: UAE, Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Global GTM Strategy & Execution: Oversee and manage the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the company's global offerings, ensuring clarity in positioning, messaging, and expected user behavior outcomes.
  • Product Storytelling: Simplify complex product concepts into relatable narratives that engage users, shifting from a focus on numerous features to impactful stories.
  • Voice of the User & Market: Synthesize customer feedback, research, and market trends to guide product and organizational growth, ensuring trust and product-market fit.
  • Team Building & Transformation: Enhance the capabilities of the product marketing team through hiring, training, and implementing effective frameworks and playbooks.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth product launches and clear communication.
  • Performance & Iteration: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and launches to inform future strategies, maintaining a data-driven approach.
  • AI-Native Operating Model: Leverage AI to streamline marketing operations and enhance team efficiency without sacrificing human creativity or judgment.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • Minimum 8 years in product marketing or growth marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of impactful product launches or campaigns.
    • Understanding of global consumer markets and preferences.
    • Familiarity with crypto/Web3 or fintech is advantageous.
    • Strong instincts for consumer products and creative marketing.
    • Advanced analytical skills; capable of utilizing data for decision-making.
    • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
    • Proficiency in using AI for enhancing output efficiency.
    • Adaptable to ambiguity and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
    • Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is a significant plus.
  • Strongly Preferred:

    • Background in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, or consumer financial products.
    • Experience with global marketing across diverse regions and regulatory frameworks.
    • Proven ability to build or transform PMM functions.
    • Knowledge of working alongside Legal and Compliance teams in sensitive industries.
