Responsibilities
- Support GTM execution for new product and feature launches.
- Track campaign rollout across social, PR, KOL, community, and owned channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams on timelines, assets, and deliverables.
- Collect and summarize campaign data, user feedback, market discussions, and social sentiment.
- Prepare briefs, decks, reports, meeting notes, and tracking documents.
- Join brainstorms and contribute fresh perspectives from social media trends and younger user behavior.
- Support clear and engaging communication of the company story and brand narrative.
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in the company, crypto, Web3, and financial products.
- Good sense of English and Chinese social media trends and online culture.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation, reporting, and coordination work.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Relevant internship, project, or work experience in marketing, communications, content, social media, or campaign support is a plus.
