Job Description

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that product features are properly tested before going live.
• Build strong stakeholder management skills to effectively manage business requests.
• Develop a good understanding of business KPIs to deliver business value in partnership with our Operations teams including Logistics, Sales, and Service.
• Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of programs, key performance indicators, and financial results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions that can enhance the food delivery business.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of operational experience in an e-commerce or food/tech industry (preferably 2 years in a senior role).
• Deep problem-solving skills and very strong in hypothesis formulation for crafting solutions.
• Experience in analyzing and validating API payloads, requests, and responses for accuracy and compliance to support integrations.
• Experience with project management and a deep understanding of the prioritization and criticality of deadlines.
• Strong data analytics experience with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio being an advantage.
