Product Operations

About the Job
Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure that product features are properly tested before going live. Build strong stakeholder management skills to effectively manage business requests. Work with the product teams in OKR planning and participate in the product discovery process. Develop a good understanding of business KPIs to deliver business value in partnership with Operations teams - Logistics, Sales, and Service. Enable the go-live of partner vendors on the platform after proper integration. Support POS API integrations while collaborating with Engineering and Vendor teams. Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize program outcomes. Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress, key performance indicators, and financial results. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or the food/tech industry (preferably 2 years in a senior role)
• Deep problem-solving skills and strong hypothesis formulation for crafting solutions
• Experience in analyzing and validating API payloads for accuracy and compliance to support integrations
• Experience in building operational processes and defining improvements across the journey
• Project management experience with a deep understanding of prioritization and critical deadlines
• Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards
• Strong product sense to understand the ecosystem and collaborate with Product teams
• Strong data analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau and Looker Studio is a plus
