Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of business KPIs to deliver business value in partnership with Operations teams (Logistics, Sales, Service).
- Enable go-live of partner vendors on the platform after ensuring proper integration.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, track progress, and optimize program outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reports to enhance insights for ongoing projects.
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress and financial results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions in the food delivery business.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of operational experience in an e-commerce or food/tech industry, preferably with 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate hypotheses for crafting solutions.
- Experience in analyzing and validating API payloads, requests, and responses for accuracy and compliance.
- Proven experience in building operational processes and defining improvements across the journey.
- Strong project management experience with an understanding of prioritization and critical deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards effectively.
- Strong data analytics experience, with proficiency in tools like Tableau and Looker Studio being an advantage.
