Responsibilities
- Work with product teams in OKR planning, contributing to the product discovery process.
- Develop a strong understanding of business KPIs to deliver value in partnership with Operations teams, including Logistics, Sales, and Service.
- Facilitate vendor integrations, enabling go-live for partner vendors after proper integration.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Vendor teams to support POS API integrations.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide insights on ongoing projects.
- Continuously improve operational processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Manage program budgets, forecasting costs and controlling expenses.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on program progress, key performance indicators, and financial results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the food delivery business.
- Collaborate effectively with product, tech, logistics, commercial, and customer support teams to ensure alignment.
- Own project plans, timelines, and budgets for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or the food/tech industry, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in hypothesis formulation for crafting solutions.
- Experience in analyzing API payloads, requests, and responses for accuracy and compliance.
- Proven track record in building operational processes and defining improvements.
- Project management experience with a focus on prioritizing critical deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills to motivate peers and manage upwards effectively.
- Deep product sense with the ability to collaborate with Product teams.
- Strong data analytics experience; hands-on experience with tools like Tableau and Looker Studio is a plus.
