Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of business KPIs to deliver value in collaboration with Operations teams including Logistics, Sales, and Service.
- Enable the go-live of partner vendors on the platform after ensuring proper integration completion.
- Collaborate with teams across product, tech, logistics, commercial, and customer support to ensure alignment and execution of projects.
- Manage program budgets with attention to cost forecasting and expense control.
- Provide regular reports to senior management highlighting key performance indicators and financial results.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing the food delivery business.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of operational experience in the e-commerce or food/tech industry, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate hypotheses for effective solutions.
- Experience in analyzing and validating API payloads for integrations.
- Proven ability to build operational processes and implement improvements throughout the journey.
- Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of prioritization and deadline criticality.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the capacity to motivate peers while managing upwards.
- Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio as an advantage.
