Product Owner

The company is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a solid background in Airlines/Aviation, SAFe Agile Delivery, and Data Platforms to spearhead enterprise-scale digital and data transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for bridging business and technology teams, managing product delivery end-to-end, and navigating complex stakeholder environments to implement data-driven solutions across Agile Release Trains.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory Airline Industry Experience
• Strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile, PI Planning, Sprint Execution, and Release Governance.
• Expertise in Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Prioritization (using WSJF).
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities across Business, Technology, Vendors, and Leadership Teams.
• Experience tracking delivery metrics including Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Cycle Time, Predictability, PI Objective Achievement, and Defect Leakage.
• Understanding of modern data ecosystems including Databricks, Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Data Warehousing, and BI & Analytics Platforms.
