The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy PO, or functional lead in agile delivery environments. Direct experience with Open Banking/Open Finance initiatives in the UAE, GCC, or other markets is preferred. Familiarity with CBUAE Open Finance regulatory frameworks and consent/data-sharing models is essential. Additionally, experience with API-enabled product ecosystems and digital channel integrations, along with exposure to corporate digital banking platforms and payment hubs, is required.
