The Opportunity:
Presight is seeking a results-oriented Product Owner to drive the conceptualization, development, and rapid testing of analytics products and solutions that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams and Presight stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables, and design approaches, leading the product strategy, planning, delivery, and marketing of solutions and services aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Engage with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams, managing requirements through the project lifecycle.
- Own the product roadmap and drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including product research, market analysis, planning, and product launch.
- Monitor product development progress and manage the product backlog to achieve timely completion and return on investment.
- Measure product performance and mitigate impediments affecting successful delivery.
- Provide expertise in design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research, and user behavior to assist the product team.
- Lead testing efforts, including designing and executing test scripts and scenarios.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, creating contingency plans for mitigation, gap analysis, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop product positioning that differentiates Presight across primary market segments.
- Create dashboards and reports on product development operations, showcasing product performance and usage patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Manage all aspects of live products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, enterprise software, or analytics-focused technologies.
- Demonstrated success managing analytical or data-centric products.
- Proven ability to drive technical conversations and align stakeholders around a shared product vision.
- Product Owner experience with UI/UX capabilities.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- Experience with AI/ML, big data technologies, or platforms designed for analysts, data scientists, or operational users is a strong plus.
