Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships
- Function as the lead Product Owner for enterprise projects
- Deliver services with a deep understanding of the AEM platform and implementation best practices
- Lead with deep expertise in the Content and Web Experience domain
- Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps and solution options, and facilitate presentation/review with the client
- Mentor and guide others on the team, from onboarding to complex implementation issues
- Lead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge and standard methodologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
- 3+ years of direct client consulting experience
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, as well as experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Understanding of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
- Experience with Agile Scrum process, backlog management, and wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with enterprise software implementation
- Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
- Experience developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-functional team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding or experience in user experience design and UI development
- Development or product testing experience
- AEM Business Practitioner certification
Work Arrangement
Remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours are aligned to Central Time (CST).
