Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, leading functional teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and innovation. You will stay abreast of the fast-evolving AI and data market, optimize data sharing across organizations, and enable the unlocking of digital revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for AI, IoT, and data platform initiatives.
- Align project goals with business objectives to ensure value delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of platform projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a UAE-accredited institution.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 7-10 years of IT management experience, focusing on AI, IoT, and data platforms.
- Proven experience leading agile projects as a product owner and scrum master.
- Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
- Experience with IoT platforms and device integration.
- Proficiency in data platform technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
