Product Owner

About the Job:
As a Product Owner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog for a Personal Finance Management (PFM) application or platform. This role involves translating user needs and business goals into actionable product features and working closely with the Delivery team to ensure successful product outcomes. You will continuously improve the product based on user feedback and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure effective product delivery.
• Translate user needs and business goals into product features.
• Improve the product based on feedback and market insights.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a product backlog effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of personal finance concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
