Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to create a backlog of user stories, draft acceptance criteria, and manage prioritization using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Lead enhancements to digital marketing tools (Adobe) for large customers in the Middle East.
- Optimize product value and identify creative ways to break down larger outcomes into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Conduct workshops for requirement elicitation and engage with business stakeholders.
- Execute business consulting tasks, including advisory services, process consulting, and business analysis.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, write functional specifications, BRDs, NFRs, RTMs, user stories, test cases, and support UAT and go-live phases of global programs/projects.
- Participate in process mapping, benchmarking, and reengineering.
- Prepare business cases and conduct business impact assessments.
- Assess applications, evaluate tools, and select vendors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing tools, especially within the Adobe stack.
- Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Demonstrated experience in a product-centric digital environment, establishing product vision, and managing backlogs.
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end customer experience with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for successful product releases.
- Experience managing medium-sized teams in digital projects or large digital transformation projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Use Cases, Process Maps, and User Journeys.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
