KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define Product Vision & Strategy by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Define business needs as detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with the development team to plan sprints, refine backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and align with enterprise architecture.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, adjusting priorities based on evolving business needs.
- Review acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.
- Gather and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and market trends to guide product improvements.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and constraints, and work with teams to mitigate them.
- Support the definition of KPIs and use analytics to monitor product performance, drive improvements, and measure success.
- Facilitate smooth adoption of new features by working with change management teams and providing necessary documentation/training.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and agile best practices to enhance product delivery.
- Support budgeting and resource allocation decisions related to the product roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluent in English
- 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into technical deliverables
- Proven ability to collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Airline Industry knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Certification in Business Analysis

ISR REQUIREMENTS
- Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and diligently report any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
