What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with all regulations and laws.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Provide administrative support to management and the team as needed, including document preparation, file management, and correspondence handling.
• Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Facilitate internal communication, ensuring that all staff are informed of important operational updates and policies.
• Support project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field from top universities
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality are imperative.
