Product Owner Manager

In the Data Analytics unit, the Product Owner Manager will translate data into actionable insights to support strategic projects. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with product vision, user focus, and maximization of value and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define the product vision.
• Develop and communicate the product goal and roadmap based on business goals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market and competitor products.
• Ensure customer centricity by understanding and anticipating client needs.
• Create Customer Journey Maps and a feedback loop to incorporate the voice of the customer.
• Prioritize product features according to value and strategic needs, managing scope, budget, and time effectively.
• Create and maintain a transparent Product Backlog with Epics/Features/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Act as a primary liaison for demands related to the product line, gaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Deliver clear instructions for product delivery and ensure end-to-end accountability.
• Define MVP scope to maximize ROI and evaluate product delivery progress through iterations.
