Product Owner - NeoBiz.Injaz -RBG - Business Banking Proposition + Head.Retail Banking Group

This role owns the end-to-end digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for Business Banking customers, acting as the primary interface between business decision-makers and delivery teams. The PO drives customer acquisition outcomes by translating customer, operational, and compliance needs into a prioritized Product Backlog, enabling efficient delivery of high-quality, compliant product increments and releases. As a thought leader, this role is responsible to strategize and implement evolving digital developments like Open Banking and AI in the SME space, thereby making the company onboarding experience and digital proposition the best in the UAE.
