What You'll Do
- Own and prioritise the product backlog across complex deliveries, continuously refining scope and actively managing scope creep
- Leverage customer discovery, experimentation, and data analysis to develop key user journeys and business requirements
- Lead a cross-functional product delivery team within an agile environment and conduct workshops with the customer and end users
- Create alignment between multiple product teams and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Define product development metrics and discover ways to improve team performance
- Identify potential product opportunities and collaborate with the Project or Product Manager for further exploration
- Customize AI tools to enhance the quality and speed of output, develop your own workflows where relevant, and coordinate with other disciplines to integrate AI tooling consistently across team processes
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in iterative product delivery with a deep understanding of requirements specification and software project management
- Domain knowledge in the public sector and/or experience working in a large-scale digital transformation programme
- Experience with various service design and user research methods, and a strong background in business and/or systems analysis
- Ability to quickly understand market trends and customer strategies, and comfort consulting customers on agile methods and ceremonies
- Solid understanding of UX, customer journey mapping, and process modeling
- Ability to collaborate with development teams while understanding technical constraints
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align teams and stakeholders
- Must be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Must be a native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
