This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable operating between business and engineering teams, managing priorities, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring product requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business and delivery objectives.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of priorities and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and help remove blockers impacting sprint or product delivery.
- Maintain visibility over roadmaps, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Support the definition and continuous improvement of product features, workflows, and operational processes.
- Ensure delivered functionality meets agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and overall team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Scrum, Agile delivery, or a similar technology-focused role.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a combined PO/Scrum role.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, user stories, requirements, and sprint priorities.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience working closely with software development and engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured product and technical requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Fluent professional English.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
- Availability to join immediately or within a maximum one-month notice period.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on complex digital platforms or enterprise software products.
- Exposure to platforms involving real-time monitoring, workflow management, approvals, or operational processes.
- Relevant Scrum / Agile / Product Owner certifications would be an advantage.

- Fluent professional English.
