The Product team at Revolut focuses on transforming complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions. As a Product Owner, you will manage the product roadmap, oversee day-to-day operations, and facilitate project execution while addressing potential risks. You will be the key liaison for your product, collaborating cross-functionally and communicating effectively with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Set team goals, success metrics, and a roadmap that aligns with Revolut’s mission.
- Leverage data analysis and market research to maximize product impact.
- Own the full lifecycle of your team's products and features:
- From ideation to development, launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineers concerning project requirements and strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance sectors (e.g., payments, cryptocurrency, insurance).
- 2+ years of experience with technical products (e.g., platforms, data science, machine learning).
- 1 year of experience managing people, leading diverse teams (Product Owners manage Engineering, Operations, and Design members).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and technical abilities, combined with a solid business acumen for ROI-driven prioritization.
- Proven track record of formulating and executing a focused product vision, effectively sharing narratives with leadership and partners.
- Hands-on experience launching products from the ground up.
- Adaptability and ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
