Position

Manage & drive proposition and marketing for the Wealth Channel, focusing on value proposition and marketing visibility, as well as customer engagement. Drive acquisition strategy for MG and Private Bank by cross-selling products and managing mortgage retention. Lead projects and initiatives within RBG for the Wealth Segment, alongside portfolio management, business planning, and reporting for PB and MG. Develop and implement sales management tools while managing service pillars for PB and MG, initiating automation and digitization of processes, and enhancing employee engagement for both segments.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving the value proposition across Gold and Private Bank.
  • Customer engagement and developing propositions for PB and MG clients.
  • Managing client events, promotions, NTB campaigns, and internal and external contests.
  • Tracking sales MIS and KPIs for PB and MG, along with business planning and reporting.
  • Implementing sales incentive plans for various roles and monitoring execution for both PB and MG.
  • Conducting portfolio analytics regularly for strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Setting up and managing service models for Gold segment and monitoring associated processes.
  • Ensuring proper onboarding of clients and adhering to policies across all channels.
  • Expanding product delivery and ensuring higher product penetration in the customer base.
  • Managing employee engagement and VOE for PB and Gold segments.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of relevant banking, wealth, and sales experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of wealth propositions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue increase.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize service aspects and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of relevant banking, wealth, and sales experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position.
  • In-depth understanding of wealth propositions.
  • Ability to build strong networks/relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for opportunity identification and revenue management.
  • Competent in planning and organizing customer service and experience.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving value propositions and acquisition strategies for new clients.
  • Exploring foreign bank platforms for partnerships catering to local client requirements.
  • Managing referral models for different businesses to enhance revenue generation.
  • Ensuring seamless migration of clients between segments.
  • Conducting ongoing competitor intelligence for management awareness.
  • Collaborating with process and system development managers to enhance systems catering to evolving business needs.
