About the Job

The Product & Solutions Organisation (PSO) at the company is focused on driving commercial growth and strategic alignment across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan (METAP). This role bridges the gap between product and sales, unlocking new revenue streams, accelerating product adoption, and scaling high-impact solutions in local markets.

Responsibilities

  1. Own the strategy and operations of brand advertising pricing and competitiveness, driving continuous pricing optimization based on the competitive landscape, client segmentation, and product value.
  2. Conduct competitive research on pricing models and product competitiveness across platforms, delivering actionable strategy recommendations.
  3. Manage problem statements end-to-end: research, strategy, execution, and scaling, presenting business cases to senior leadership.
  4. Build and maintain monitoring frameworks for brand advertising pricing and drive operational excellence post-launch.
  5. Develop and lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Premium Reach solutions, including market expansion and product positioning.
  6. Understand AI creative tool capabilities, drive product adoption, and improve campaign performance for advertisers.
  7. Establish best practices for brand advertising creative methodologies and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirements.
  8. Act as a central point for cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution of pricing, product, and GTM strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, or business operations, particularly in digital advertising.
  • Strong strategic and systematic thinking abilities, project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • High oral and written fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in AI creative tools and generative AI in advertising.
  • Experience on competing advertising platforms in product, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Management consulting background with pricing strategy project experience.
  • MBA or Master's degree from a top business school.
