About the Role
As a Product Specialist in the Established Pharmaceutical division, you will play a key role in driving consistent sales growth while fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This position is based in our UAE office and focuses on bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to the world's fastest-growing markets. You will be involved in promoting a broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines across multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

Responsibilities
- Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
- Demonstrating and presenting the company's EPD products to HCPs.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
- Planning and scheduling weekly and monthly timelines for day-to-day activities, with clear KPIs.
- Managing a specific geographic area along with a corresponding sales performance plan.
- Providing consistent market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- Educational qualification in pharmaceutical or medical science.
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE market.
- Experience in Tender Management is required.
- Preferred experience in the primary care therapeutic segment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
