Product Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team in the banking industry. In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions. You will act as a bridge between vendors and partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.
• Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
• Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), training, and technical support.
• Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration.
• Assist with testing, POCs, and product validation.
• Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.
• Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
• Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.
