The Product Specialist - Home Finance is responsible for managing management information systems (MIS) for both Real Estate Finance (REF) and Home Finance (HF). This role involves handling product-related tasks, overseeing incentive payments, and coordinating business continuity plans (BCP) and operational risk management (ORM). The individual will also engage in property valuations, insurance renewals, and the preparation of presentations and dashboard reports.

Key Accountabilities of the Role
Real Estate Finance
- Manage MIS for the Real Estate Finance Portfolio.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management and relationship managers (RMs).
- Prepare REF sales incentives.
- Present weekly expiry tracking reports to the business unit and risk management.
- Maintain an automatic tracking sheet for valuations.
- Review and prepare payments for Market Price Monitoring (MPM) valuation fees.
- Serve as the main contact for audit and other MIS-related issues.
- Act as BCP Coordinator, overseeing all activities related to Business Continuity Plans.
- Operate as ORM Coordinator, preparing Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reports, conducting testing, and updating results in ARC logic.
- Involved in the renewal and approval process for REF product programs.
- Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) reports.
Home Finance
- Prepare Daily Credit/Sales Score Card and Performance Dashboard Reports.
- Prepare Daily Leads Tracking Dashboard.
- Prepare HF sales incentives.
- Create Staff Finance Repayment Sheets.
- Monitor FSTL cases, sending SMS notifications and managing blacklisting for non-compliance and vice versa.
- Contribute to the Magnum Project data updates.
- Assess GIA examinations.
- Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for Home Finance.
- Support management with any incremental requests.
- Create amortization schedule sheets for staff financing.
- Add projects and developers in Finnone.
- Engage with the team on day-to-day activities.
- Provide sales support.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role
- University degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, preferably in MIS, Real Estate, or Investment Analysis.
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient computer skills.
