About the Role
The Product Specialist for Home Finance is responsible for managing key aspects of the Real Estate Finance (REF) and Home Finance product portfolios. This includes overseeing Management Information Systems (MIS), facilitating incentive payments, coordinating business continuity plans (BCP) and operational risk management (ORM), as well as handling property valuations and insurance renewals. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and other documentation essential for driving product performance and compliance.

Key Accountabilities of the Role
Real Estate Finance
- Manage MIS for the Real Estate Finance Portfolio
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management and relationship managers (RMs)
- Prepare and track REF sales incentives
- Present weekly capital adequacy (CA) expiry tracking reports to the Business Unit (BU) and Risk teams
- Maintain an automatic tracking sheet for property valuations
- Review and prepare payment for market-based pricing model (MPM) valuation fees
- Serve as the primary contact for audit and other MIS-related issues
- Act as the BCP Coordinator, managing all activities related to the Business Continuity Plan
- Function as the ORM Coordinator, preparing Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reports, conducting testing, and updating results in ARC logic
- Involved in the renewal and approval processes for REF Product Programs
- Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) Reports
Home Finance
- Prepare Daily Credit/Sales Scorecards and Performance Dashboard Reports
- Develop Daily Leads Tracking Dashboards
- Prepare HF sales incentives
- Compile Staff Finance Repayment Sheets
- Monitor FSTL cases and manage SMS communications and blacklisting for non-compliance
- Participate in Magnum Project data updates
- Conduct assessments of GIA examinations
- Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for home finance
- Provide support to management on additional requests as needed
- Prepare amortization schedule sheets for staff financing
- Add projects and developers in Finnone
- Engage with the team in daily activities
- Provide sales support as required
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role
- University Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, preferably in MIS, Real Estate, or Investment Analysis
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient computer skills
