Responsibilities:
- Drive the rollout and evolution of Telco-enabled managed security services such as DDoS, SASE, MDR, and WAAP.
- Act as the main product contact for Telco partners, aligning technical integration, operations, and commercial models.
- Define service packaging, pricing structures, SLAs, and launch readiness criteria.
- Support go-to-market activities, sales enablement sessions, and key customer engagements.
- Work closely with Engineering and SOC teams to ensure services are scalable, high quality, and continuously improving.
- Track performance, adoption, and revenue contribution, and recommend improvements where needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management within cybersecurity, MSSP, Telco, or cloud services.
- Experience working with Telco operators or large service providers in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of managed services and recurring revenue models.
- A practical understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, cloud security, or threat detection.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
