Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with senior technical personnel and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate product value to help achieve customer business goals.
  • Offer insight and leadership on complex products and services to customers.
  • Serve as a technical resource for sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Bring 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in data management and analytics, with proficiency in vendors like Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, Informatica, Teradata, or similar.
  • Develop account strategies that align with customer data, analytics, and AI transformation goals, focused on the company's AI Data Platform Data Engines.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data, Analytics, and AI, leading value-based sales discussions linking ROI outcomes to the AI Data Platform.
  • Position the company's offerings competitively against existing and next-gen data platform competitors.
  • Understand modern data architectures (data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse models, vector databases for AI/RAG) from both business and value perspectives.
  • Explain how the company's products support AI applications through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and unstructured data processing.
  • Showcase familiarity with data engineering, analytics, BI, and data science workflows to effectively drive AI-based outcomes and facilitate customer dialogue.
  • Align data and AI initiatives with executive priorities such as AI adoption, cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in relationship selling.
  • Bachelor's degree.
