Product Specialist

About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you will play a significant role in our Established Pharmaceuticals division in the UAE. This position is dedicated to promoting and achieving consistent sales growth across assigned regions while collaborating with team members to align on sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on leveraging our comprehensive portfolio of high-quality branded generic medicines that span multiple therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic issues, pain management, and respiratory conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Address both business and scientific needs of HCPs.
• Demonstrate and present the company EPD products to HCPs.
• Build and maintain solid business relationships with customers.
• Plan and schedule weekly and monthly activities with established KPIs.
• Manage an assigned geographic area with a tailored sales performance plan.
• Provide ongoing market feedback to the team.

Required Qualifications

• Educational qualification in pharmaceutical or medical science.
• 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within the UAE market.
• Experience in tender management is required.
• Preferred experience in the primary care therapeutic segment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
