Our product has been successfully piloted with top-tier banks and we are now poised to expand into various markets and adjacent businesses. We seek an individual to manage this expansion from inception to execution.
What you'll do
- Own where we play next. Identify target countries, products, and channels. Assess market opportunities and make impactful strategic decisions.
- Stand up new bets 0→1. Expand the company's offerings beyond debt collection to areas such as loan servicing, receivables, and financial crime detection, all the way from conceptualization to launch.
- Turn channels into an expansion engine. Develop and manage multi-market relationships with clients, supported by data-driven proof points.
- Dive deep and problem solve. Conduct expert interviews and build your own expertise to address complex issues, including regulation and unit economics, and craft elegant solutions to tackle root causes.
Who you are
- A highly analytical and creative visionary. You have a proven track record of launching successful initiatives from inception to execution—whether in a founder, strategy lead, operations lead, or product management role.
- You own outcomes, and you never settle. You are adept at transforming ambiguity into structured plans while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a STEM degree, and you were top of your class. Your technical background equips you with a rigorous approach to data and problem-solving, complemented by a strong desire to succeed.
- AI-native, ruthless on quality. You leverage AI to enhance processes and maintain strict quality control, ensuring high standards across all initiatives.
- You don't need a collections or fintech background. We value the ability to learn and execute effectively over long-term industry experience. You will quickly adapt to the nuances of the regulations and economics of new markets.
