Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Identify internal and external training needs, develop training programs, assess understanding, and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
• Design and execute quality training for external clients across different markets (SG and HK) as needed.
• Conduct training sessions in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Provide weekly classroom training and onsite/online training to external clients.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to establish further training needs.
• Gather feedback from customers and propose solutions to any gaps identified.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials and processes accordingly.
• Assist in creating and updating Product User Guides in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Conduct internal product training sessions for onboarding staff across various countries.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning and development and/or training.
• Passionate and engaging communication skills.
• Confident in conducting stand-up presentations.
