Position Summary: As a Production Specialist, you will contribute to manufacturing excellence by supporting the assembly and testing of valve products in line with defined specifications and quality standards. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement, and safe working practices while delivering high-quality outcomes for customers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Support the execution of production orders and ensure alignment with operational priorities - Perform assembly, calibration, and testing of valve products to meet quality and compliance standards - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement tailored solutions and special testing requirements - Identify production challenges, support troubleshooting, and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions - Monitor production performance indicators and take action to address variances - Maintain tools, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring readiness and effective preventive maintenance - Partner with colleagues to drive continuous improvement, reduce inefficiencies, and adopt lean manufacturing practices - Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to team members to strengthen collective capability - Support automation initiatives and digital tools that enhance operational performance - Promote a safe and compliant work environment by actively participating in health and safety practices Who You Are: You build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet evolving needs. For This Role, You Will Need: - Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations within an industrial environment - Knowledge of valve assembly, testing processes, or similar mechanical systems - Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow structured procedures - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: - Experience working with valve diagnostics or related software tools - Familiarity with customized calibration processes and advanced testing requirements - Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or factory automation initiatives - Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a global or regional manufacturing environment Our Culture & Commitment to You!
