Production Support Specialist

This role involves resolving production incidents efficiently to minimize business impact and implementing controls to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. Key responsibilities include investigating defects, delivering support for treasury systems, prioritizing system enhancements, managing user access rights, and actively participating in discussions to understand user requirements. You will also contribute to UAT and the go-live process, ensure proper technical and functional handover to relevant teams, and assist in developing business processes and systems.
