What You'll Do
As a Professional Services Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Professional Services sales strategy for assigned accounts, including account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting in the Middle East.
  • Negotiate and close consulting engagements that deliver measurable value through the company’s digital marketing solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities to maintain a strong and balanced sales pipeline.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure sales data is accurate.

Developing Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain deep relationships at both executive (C-suite) and operational levels.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design tailored digital transformation strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation with clients.
  • Articulate the business value of the company products and services at the Executive (C-suite) level.

Collaboration & Coordination with the company Ecosystem

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams, to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Develop customized, value-driven proposals and lead the contracting process to meet both client and the company objectives.
  • Work with the company Partners to drive new initiatives and deal execution within the Middle East.
  • Identify opportunities for sales optimization.

Driving Customer Success

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects achieve client goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Build long-term client advocacy by highlighting project successes and uncovering areas for further success.
  • Act as the conduit between clients and the wider the company ecosystem, ensuring value is created at every stage of the process.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Skills & Qualities

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Firm knowledge of the company product range and the culture of business within the Middle East.
  • A strategic attitude with a methodical approach to sales planning, pipeline management, and closing complex contracts.
  • An understanding of different commercial models, including Time and Materials, Fixed Price, and Outcome Based.
  • Customer-centric sales approach with the ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is beneficial.

Experience

  • A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly at executive levels within the Middle East.
  • Experience navigating global procurement processes and driving strategic sales to achieve targets.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience working within a Consulting Services organisation and crafting technology programmes.
  • Previous experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting roles is beneficial.
