Professional Services Architect

About the Role
We are seeking a Professional Services Architect who will serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements related to the company EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires deep cybersecurity expertise and a consultative approach, guiding customers from solution design through deployment, handover, and ensuring long-term success. Ideal candidates will come from backgrounds such as cybersecurity vendors, professional services, MSSPs, system integrators, or enterprise security teams.

What Will You Do?

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, leading technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations, particularly focusing on EDR/XDR environments and their integration into the overall security ecosystem.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across various enterprise scenarios, advising on AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, and potential risks associated with promt injection and shadow AI usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployments and partner with pre-sales teams to scope engagements, contributing technical input into Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with channel partners to provide guidance during joint engagements and enhance their delivery capabilities over time.
• Contribute to the creation of internal and partner-facing delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical reference materials, while establishing trust with customer stakeholders to represent their technical needs internally.
• Ensure that customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success with the company platform by bringing technical credibility to each engagement.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

• 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, particularly in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, technical consulting, or security engineering with hands-on experience in deploying enterprise EDR and XDR technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint telemetry, detection and response workflows, security policy design, and integration with SIEM, identity, and cloud security platforms, along with experience in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI security controls, with awareness of AI security risks including prompt injection and data leakage, as well as familiarity with Prompt Security or comparable AI security platforms.
• Experience in scoping Professional Services engagements, including effort estimation and SOW input, as well as working alongside cybersecurity channel partners in a delivery or advisory capacity.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to technical teams and business stakeholders, supported by relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent. Experience with Prompt Security or prior company platform experience and a proven record of high customer satisfaction outcomes in a professional services environment is preferred.
