Professional Services Architect

As a Professional Services Architect, you will be the primary technical owner for customer engagements focused on EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. You'll take full ownership from discovery and solution design to deployment and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations, focusing on EDR/XDR environments.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across various enterprise scenarios, advising customers on governance, data protection, and risk management.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during deployments and collaborate with pre-sales teams to scope engagements and develop Statements of Work.
• Contribute to internal and partner-facing delivery documentation and build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success with the platform.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of enterprise cybersecurity experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Professional Services, technical consulting).
• Experience with EDR and XDR technologies, including deployment and configuration, across various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Practical experience in designing AI security controls and awareness of associated risks.
• Strong communication skills for clarifying technical topics to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP) are preferred.
