Professional Services Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant position is a vital role within the company, providing timely, quality, and cost-effective technical services. This role includes vendor expertise during various project phases such as security infrastructure design, deployment, testing, optimization, and operational support. The Consultant works closely with customers and colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement through effective relationships and a solid technical foundation.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers during the Think and Build phases of their projects, developing essential technical documentation like design plans, method of procedures, test plans, and configuration templates. The Consultant will customize the company's configurations, verify them, test solutions, and advise on best practices, while ensuring quick resolutions to technical issues. Additionally, knowledge transfer to client staff and staying updated on the company's product line is crucial for success.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.
• Experience designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions and familiarity with the company's product families.
• Experience in complex routing and WAN environments requiring BGP and OSPF.
• Work experience in maintaining, deploying, or designing MPLS networks, particularly L3 VPN.
• Experience in implementing cybersecurity solutions in Operational Technology (OT) environments (e.g., industrial equipment, SCADA systems, HVAC, PLCs, DCS).
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Positive customer service attitude with strong soft skills.

Education:
Master's Degree in a technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
